Greeting
Aloha and thank you for your interest in the position of Director of Music and Liturgy at the Lutheran Church of Honolulu. My name is Randy Castello. I have been a chorister at the church for over 35 years and have experienced first-hand the deeply inspiring way that music and liturgy have been woven together here to create meaningful, reverent, and exciting worship. As the chairperson of the Director of Music and Liturgy Call Committee, it is my task, along with my colleagues, to find that special person qualified and willing to take up this important role in the community of the Lutheran Church of Honolulu.

The Lutheran Church of Honolulu has been engaged in ministry for over 110 years. It has an extremely colorful and diverse history and we invite you to browse our website to learn more about us. About Our Congregation
From German beer and the Bible to J.S. Bach and Peter Hallock, the 110-plus-year-old story of the Lutheran Church of Honolulu is colorful and diverse. Here are some of the highlights:

About Our Worship
The Lutheran Church of Honolulu is well known for faithful worship. There are three different opportunities to worship each Sunday along with various seasonal services.

About Our Music Program
Ancient chant, an anthem fresh from the composer’s creative hand, and everything in between make for a robust experience of music at LCH.
