Donate or Pledge to the Lutheran Church of Honolulu

The Lutheran Church of Honolulu is profoundly grateful for the many generous individuals who have supported our ministry since 1900. This ongoing commitment allows us to live out our mission to be welcoming to all as we seek to be Christ’s community.

Both members and friends have asked for a simple method to make online contributions to the church. This page offers the opportunity to make an electronic one time donation or recurring pledge to the LCH general fund, our capital improvements fund, or the music fund.

All transactions are handled by PayPal on their secure website. Your credit card number will only be used on the PayPal secure site and will not be available to anyone at LCH. Both you and the LCH financial secretary will receive emails confirming the donation/pledge with your name and address, the amount, and the fund. No information will be stored on our web server.

One-time donations may be made by credit/debit card or with a PayPal account. A PayPal account is required to set up the recurring payments for pledges, and if you do not already have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create one during the setup process for your pledge.

Make a One-Time Donation to LCH

Press the appropriate button below and go the the secure PayPal site to make a one-time donation to LCH using either your credit card or you PayPal account. Donations of any amount may be made to the general fund, the capital improvements fund, or the music fund.

The General Fund supports daily operations of the congregation, staff salaries, charitable activities, and so on.	The Capital Improvements Fund supports development of the church campus. Gifts may be designated for specific projects.	The Music Fund supports concerts and special concerted worship services at at the church throughout the year.

Make a Recurring Pledge to LCH

Follow these steps to make a recurring pledge that will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to create one during the setup process to enable recurring payments.
Select the fund to which you would like to pledge.
Select the amount of your monthly pledge.
Press the Pledge button to go to the secure PayPal site to enter your credit card information to be charged for the amount selected above. Your recurring pledge will remain in effect until you change it with the Church Office or modify/cancel it using the Modify Pledge button below. Please make a note of the user name and password you use to make this pledge. You will will need them to modify/cancel your pledge.
Use the Modify Pledge button to go to the secure PayPal site to change or cancel your recurring pledge using the user name and password under which you made the initial pledge.
