Second Sunday in Lent—February 25, 2024

Preacher: Pastor Jeff Lilley
Summary: How do you know if something is right or wrong? I’m going to give you some actions, and you stand on this side of the line if it’s the right thing to do and on the other side if it’s not. You see that it’s not always as clear as we would like. In our first lesson, it says that God reckoned Abraham’s faith as righteousness. This shows us that righteousness and love are what really matters.

First Sunday in Lent—February 18, 2024

Preacher: Pastor Jeff Lilley
Summary: Last Wednesday we did something weird and put ashes on our foreheads. Those ashes remind us that God is always with us. In today’s Gospel, we hear about Jesus’ baptism. I know you that you were all baptized because I baptized you. It’s important for us all to remember our baptisms, so come and help me remind everyone here that they belong to God through baptism.
